National Clean-up Day

Today CurTec thoroughly cleaned its site as part of the National Clean-up Day, the largest Dutch cleaning campaign of the year. The goal: to collect as much litter as possible on site and raise awareness about the importance of waste minimization and environmental protection.
At 11 am, about 25 colleagues came together to thoroughly inspect the site and clean up the waste that was found. Together they collected 47 kilograms of waste.
Plastic pellets are still common litter on the site. It is a good reminder for CurTec to continue its efforts in the context of Operation Clean Sweep and the future EU regulation on the prevention of the loss of plastic pellets.
