EcoVadis has tightened the assessment criteria in all areas, increasing the challenge for companies to score high. Our sustainability performance of 2024 has again been rewarded with gold and we are proud of that. CurTec is among the top 5% of all companies participating in this platform.
More than 130,000 companies in 180+ countries spread over 220+ industries partner with EcoVadis to collaborate on sustainability with a common platform, universal scorecard, benchmarks and performance improvement tools.
CurTec is a GMP certified packaging company and continuously invests in improving its sustainability performance. We have set ourselves ambitious goals for the coming years and EcoVadis helps us independently assess the quality and effectiveness of our sustainability commitment.
Five more points
In the past year, CurTec improved its overall score by five points. This is due to CurTec’s updated environmental policy which now includes material topics such as Climate impact, Energy, Resource Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions. In addition, CurTec worked on a new Purchasing Policy which now encompasses our ambition and vision to build a sustainable supply chain. We are proud that our efforts are reflected in a higher EcoVadis score.
