In spring, we traditionally take time to reflect on the past year and review our performance as a commercial organization. In 2024, we are proud to announce that we’ve achieved an all-time high score, which we would like to share with you.

There’s no better way to understand how we can better serve you than by asking you personally. We want to extend our gratitude to all the customers who participated in our quarterly surveys and provided valuable feedback on our performance.

CurTec is committed to creating sustainable, high performance packaging solutions for valuable materials in demanding environments. With an average score of 9.2 (out of 10), you’ve once again awarded us our highest satisfaction score ever!

The highest ratings were given for "Products," followed by "Service and Contact," "Ordering and Delivery," and finally "Added Value." Being recognized by customers as a "supplier that offers excellent support," with packaging solutions that deliver on quality and a professional (inside) sales team that is a pleasure to work with, is a source of pride and motivation for us.

In the meantime, we've expanded our product range, with new offerings such as the 46 liter Fold Pack pail. Additionally, a new sustainable super concept is set to launch in October this year, hinting towards the future of our product development.
