In spring we traditionally take time to reflect on the past year and review our performance as a commercial organization. In 2022 we received an all-time high score that we would like to share with you.

There's no better way to find out how we can help you than by asking you personally. We would like to thank all the customers who responded to our quarterly customer surveys and gave us valuable feedback on our performance.

CurTec is committed to creating sustainable high performance packaging solutions for high value materials in demanding environments. With an average of 8.9 (out of 10), you gave us our highest satisfaction score ever!

Best scores were given on “Ordering and Delivering” followed by “Service and Contact” and “Products”. Being rated as a “Proactive team” that is flexible and reliable, with products that score high on protection, safety and compliance, and OTIF delivery sure makes us feel good and grateful.

We use your constructive ideas as input for the development of new packaging solutions. Last year this led to the introduction of drums and pails made of recycled plastic and this year we are introducing a completely new pail concept.
