CurTec USA achieves highest level of food safety

Since last week, CurTec USA has been certified for FSSC 22000 and has therefore, just like CurTec Nederland, reached the highest level in food safety. It shows that CurTec packaging is completely food safe and can be used without any problems for the packaging of food ingredients and pharmaceuticals.
What is FSSC 22000?
FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification 22000) is an internationally recognized food safety certification program that helps companies that produce or process food products, ingredients and packaging materials meet food industry quality control and compliance standards.

GFSI
FSSC 22000 is based on ISO standards, focuses, like ISO 22000, on the continuous improvement of a food safety management system and is also recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). The GFSI approves food safety standards covering agriculture, packaging, storage and distribution. More than 10,000 organizations worldwide have already achieved an FSSC 22000 certificate.
