Companies working on construction sites often have to contend with theft of delivered goods, particularly small goods with a high value. The risk of theft is reduced if lidded, lockable crates are used. The receiving party will only accepts goods in a locked crate.
The lock is broken only when the goods are to be used on site. If your crates carry your name, they are clearly identifiable as your property.
