How to reduce the risk of product loss

How to reduce the risk of product loss
Ask your suppliers to prove cleanliness performance

Many manufacturing sectors need to follow ever stricter regulations in terms of cleanliness. Just think of the FDA, Pharmacopeia, cGMP, etc. The cleanliness of the production environment and the used parts needs to be secured under all circumstances. The risk of contamination by particles needs to be eliminated altogether or at the very least reduced to an absolute minimum.

It is usually difficult and expensive to clean up a contaminated product without damaging at least some of its useful properties. Also, many contaminants cannot be cleaned sufficiently, particularly if the dirt has been dissolved in one of the ingredients. At that point products are considered lost.To avoid this scenario we advise you to ask your packaging suppliers to prove the performance of their products in advance.

CurTec is able to supply optically clean packaging and contribute to the cleanliness at customers. With a quick scan of your supply chain we can assist you to find the perfect match between your requirements and the best possible packaging.
